3. Personal information we collect
We collect personal information that you provide directly, automatically when you browse, and in some cases from third parties (such as authentication or analytics providers), as described below.
Information you provide may include: name or username, email addresses, and phone numbers when you submit forms, request information, apply for roles, or communicate with us.
Automatically collected information may include: IP address, device and browser type, general location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and similar usage data. We use personal information to: operate, maintain, and improve the Site; respond to enquiries and provide client or candidate support; process job applications and recruiting communications; send transactional messages; send marketing emails or newsletters where you have opted in; measure traffic and campaign performance; secure our services and prevent fraud; comply with law and enforce our terms; and pursue legitimate business interests that are not overridden by your rights.
Where we rely on consent (for example, certain cookies or marketing emails), you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
5. Legal bases (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal information on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps; our legitimate interests (such as securing the Site, understanding aggregate usage, and improving services), where not overridden by your rights; your consent, where required; and compliance with legal obligations.
You may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including those listed in Section 11.
6. Cookies, analytics, advertising, and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, authenticate sessions where applicable, and measure how the Site is used. We use digital analytics tools to understand traffic, navigation, and engagement.
We may use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and related technologies to measure conversions, build custom audiences, and support retargeting or advertising-related activities. These tools may collect or receive information from the Site and elsewhere on the internet. Meta’s use of information is also governed by Meta’s policies.
We may participate in retargeting or interest-based advertising with third-party partners. Those partners may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to show you relevant messages after you leave the Site.
We may use Google Maps APIs where map features are presented. Use of Google services may involve processing by Google as described in Google’s privacy documentation. You should review Google’s settings and policies for more information.
7. Social login, local storage, and sessions
Where we offer Google sign-in or similar social login, we receive authentication-related information from the provider (for example, account identifiers and profile details you authorise). That processing is governed by this Policy and the provider’s terms.
We may use browser local storage and server-side sessions to keep the Site secure, remember preferences, and maintain continuity during your visit. You can control many cookies and storage technologies through your browser settings.
8. Email and marketing communications
Where permitted, we may send newsletters, product updates, or promotional emails. You can opt in to marketing communications through forms on the Site or other explicit signup flows. You can unsubscribe or manage preferences using the link in our emails or by contacting us at info@infinitywaveinc.com.
9. Disclosure, processors, and international transfers
We share personal information with service providers that help us host the Site, analyse traffic, send email, manage recruiting tools, or perform similar functions. These providers process personal information on our instructions and are required to protect it appropriately.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Infinity Wave, our users, or others.
We may process or store information in Pakistan, the United States, the European Union, or other countries where we or our vendors operate. Where we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to countries not deemed adequate, we rely on appropriate safeguards where required (such as standard contractual clauses) or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
10. Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and context.
We implement administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and CalOPPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR-related rights): You may have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; data portability; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@infinitywaveinc.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): California residents may have the right to know categories and specific pieces of personal information collected; delete personal information subject to exceptions; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, where applicable; and limit use of sensitive personal information in certain cases. We do not knowingly sell personal information of minors under 16 without affirmative authorisation. If you are a California resident, you may designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
CalOPPA (Do Not Track): Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to DNT signals.
